These patches fix ToolsDaemon by Nico François to use WB V45 API. They are
almost the same as version on Aminet (util/boot/ToolsDaemon22.lha) except
ToolsDaemon-handler.pch which is a special version supporting faster menus
(de)installation in workbench.library V45.128.

For proper installation you will need original ToolsDaemon 2.1a package from
Aminet. There is a simple installation script added.
